He is the President of MDIS. He joined MDIS in 1979 and has served in various positions. He was elected as President in 1990. He is currently an Education and Training Consultant.

He holds a Master of Arts in Business Analysis from the University of Lancaster (UK) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK (FCIM). He is Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM), a certification that is awarded by the American Production & Inventory Control Society.

Mr Chua Chen How is the MDIS Vice-President, and Managing Director of FP Holding Pte Ltd. He has a wide range of experience in the paper distribution business and property development, and has actualised his skills, knowledge and expertise to support the numerous developments of the institute.

The Secretary-General of MDIS and he is currently an Education and Training Consultant with Training Concepts (US) Pte Ltd .  He is also the Chairman of TCC Credit Cooperative Ltd and the Director of the Secureguard Security Service Co-operative Ltd..
